TriMark has a global partnership with the Cheesecake Factory development team. Design/Built 2 high volume kitchen/bars 

Fairmont Orchid Hotel

Designed/Built 3 full service standalone specialty restaurant kitchens and bars, themed seafood, Asian and a beachside eatery. Additionally, main dining room breakfast buffet restaurant and delicatessen style with an island flair

Hawaii Convention Center

Design/Built a 20,000 square foot full-service catering production kitchen that can service food and beverage custom menus up to a 1,000-person banquets or a 2,500-person receptions overlooking the city lights of Waikiki

Four Seasons Resorts Kona

Designed /Built 4 full service standalone specialty restaurant kitchens and bars, themed regional cuisine, beach front sushi lounge, American steakhouse, California eatery, a casual beach bar and a crafted coffee and snack shoppe

Hyatt Andaz Resort and Residences

Design/Built 1 full-service family style restaurant kitchen and 2 poolside cocktail lounges 

The Shores at Kohanaiki Resort

Design/Built 1 clubhouse featuring a chophouse and sushi-bar kitchen and a beachside lunch and dinner house restaurant kitchen/bar

TR Fire Grill
